About Me

Originally from Portugal, I relocated to the UK in 2010. Since then, I've devoted myself to a career in nursing, continually exploring diverse areas and specialties.

Despite my scientific background, I harbour a deep passion for spirituality, personal development, and all that accompanies it.

My journey commenced with the discovery of disciplines such as Reiki, Astrology, Coaching, NLP, meditation, and, more recently, Family Constellations therapy.

It took quite a while to figure out my true career aspirations. Over time, I discovered that I couldn't be confined to a predetermined approach.

I am a blend of interests, personalities, and choices. So, my path is more like a winding road, always trying new things but always heading toward one goal: becoming a better person and helping others along the way.
